Job market shrinks in Dutchess, Ulster

As local people continue to search for work, there were fewer jobs in October in Dutchess, Ulster and Orange counties compared with last year, according to state Department of Labor data.
For job seekers like Charles Kluender, 29, of Warwick, that may mean a tougher search for full-time work. He has been looking for a job after receiving a master’s degree in business administration from SUNY New Paltz.
