Schumer Says Russia Trade Talks Could Cost U.S. Jobs

U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer, D-New York, is urging the nation’s trade representative to press Russia to join an agreement that would be beneficial to American high-tech manufacturers like IBM Corp.

Schumer said today that it could mean helping keep jobs in New York state.
