Customized Training may be the best option for some employers. That's why customized training begins with the employer s own training design. When available, we can fund 50% of the training costs for eligible individuals who are either incumbent workers or new hires for this training.
By participating in the OJT program, employers can be reimbursed for 50% - 75% of the trainee s wages. OJT contracts are individually negotiated; the length of training determined by the job s complexity and the trainee s experience.
